Return and exchange
You may return an unused item within 20 days from the date of invoice for a full refund and you have an additional 20 days (until 40 days from date of invoice) to return unused items for exchange or store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items purchased between November 20th and December 24th can be returned for full refund (less shipping cost) until January 5th of the following year or within 30 days of purchase, whichever period is longer.
Excluded from return and exchange are very few items only, like made to measurement suits, CO2 absorbents, gift cards and personal care items – “non-returnable” is clearly indicated in the description of these products. Also excluded from return are items on final sale and opened books, CDs and DVDs.
Terms and conditions
Only unused items in original manufacturer’s packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards are eligible for return. Due to copyright laws Books, CD’s, and DVD’s can only be returned unopened.
Please contact us for a RA (return authorization) number prior to shipping and note this number clearly visible on the outside of the package. The RA number will make sure that the package is received and a refund/exchange is issued without delay. To improve our service of course we would also like to know why you are returning the item. You need to include the original invoice for the item. If you have purchased various items please let us know when contacting us for the RA number. We will issue a new invoice for the non-returned part of your order.
Please pack your items carefully. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will not charge you a restocking fee for any return meeting these requirements.

Everything purchased through us includes full manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period starts with the date on your invoice. It is a good practice to keep your invoice for at least the duration of the warranty period as some manufacturers require the original invoice.
If you think the purchased item is eligible for warranty repair/exchange please contact us and will take care of organizing the warranty service for you. Items usually require return to Get Wet Canada. In some cases, when it is for your convenience, we may ask you to return the item directly to our supplier.
We reserve the right to offer a full refund for the cost of the product or a replacement of that item.
Defective and incorrect items
If an item is received defective or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. All returned packages need a RA (return authorization) number. We will provide you promptly with your RA number and will do everything possible to resolve the issue as fast as possible. We will only cover return shipping if we are notified prior to return and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
