Courses for diving in overhead environment such as caves are divided into 3 steps: cavern diver – intro to cave diver – cave diver. Each step must be completed before moving on to the next stage but of course you can do all 3 courses one right after the other. It really depends on your available time and confort level.

As a cavern diver you can explore the entrance areas of overhead environments, daylight availability, depth, available air volume and distance to the next exit limiting your penetration time. You will learn the basics of laying and following lines and diving as well as emergency techniques used in caves.
