Receiving new gear is exciting – we know that! So we will make every effort to ship your package as soon as possible. For your convenience we have noted handling times in the description of our products. Most items will be shipped within 1-4 business days upon receiving your order and cleared payment. We will email your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Items on backorder

In the rare occasion that an item is out of stock we will contact you. You may have your complete order shipped as soon as the backordered item is available, you may have it shipped separately or you may cancel the order of the delayed item if you prefer.

Free shipping

Most orders over 350$ (except virtual products and courses; 450$ for some areas) will ship for free within continental Canada except rural areas, the great north and the maritimes. Orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped as Canada Post regular parcel. If you wish to return an order that qualified for free shipping, then the initial shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Where we ship

We ship within Canada and to the continental US.

For shipping to other destinations please contact us prior to your order so we can verify your options.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or hotels. You must provide a valid and correct shipping address and it is your responsibility to receive or promptly retrieve the package from the carrier.

Taxes and/or duties might have to be paid upon delivery of international shipments. Any payments occurring from a product crossing boarders are the responsibility of the customer. Please see the International taxes, import duties and fees section on our pricing and payments page for more information.

Once shipped, packages cannot be rerouted.

Please provide a delivery address where someone will be present to accept, sign for or promptly retrieve the package. International package recipients should be prepared to pay local duties and/or taxes upon delivery. If the carrier returns the package as undeliverable or refused, the order will be handled according to our return policy.

Shipping carrier

We do ship with Canada Post, Purolator or Dicom. For your convenience and quicker reception we reserve the right to upgrade certain Canada Post parcels to Purolator shipping without prior notice and WITHOUT any additional fee for our customers.
