Specialty: Enriched Air Diver (nitrox) – PADI
“Enriched Air”, “EAN” or “Nitrox” we call a gas mix that contains more than the usual 21% of Oxygen and therefor contains less Nitrogen. Due to the lower level of Nitrogen, diving with Nitrox gives you several advantages: longer bottom times or increased safety if you follow the limits of air tables, lower risk of nitrogen narcosis and less fatigue. It is the perfect choice for multiple days of diving.
Requirements

Be a certified PADI Open Water Diver or equivalent

Be at least 12 years old. We recommend this course starting at age 14 to better understand the calculations involved.
